out the IT Documentation Library Database yet?
The IT Documentation Library database contains
everything from installation information to written and
video how-to's. In addition, it's the new home to
the IT Grab Bag database!
To add the database to your Lotus Notes
Workspace, simply:
1. Click on File
ā Database
ā Open
2. Select your mail server from the Server drop down
list
3. Browse to the Programs folder and double click
on it
4. Highlight It Documentation Library in the list
5. Click on Bookmark ā
OK ā Cancel
You should now see the database icon on
your Workspace!

All Users on both Dale1 & Dale4 now have
access to iNotes, a web-based e-mail
program that allows users the freedom to check their
e-mail from virtually anywhere.
All that is required is an internet connection
and a web browser.
With iNotes, users can:

Access their mailbox

View & edit their
calendar

View & edit their
to-do lists

Access the DC address
book and
their personal* address book
* Your personal
address book must be manually synchronized
